Statistics hw plz help~?

The number of undergrads at the University of Michigan is approx 25,000, while the number at the Ohio University is approx 40,000. At both schools, a simple random sample of about 3% of the undergrads is taken. We conclude:

a) the sample from University of Michigan has less sampling variability than that from the Ohio State University.

b) the sample from the Univ. of Michigan has more sampling variability than that from the Ohio State Univ.

c)the sample from the Univ. of Michigan has almost the same sampling variability as that from the Ohio State Univ.

d) it is impossible to make any statements about the sampling variability of the two samples, since, the students surveyed were different.

THX~~

Statistics hw plz help~?
Use a T-test to determine what number is required for a 95 or 97 or 99% reliable sampling. I would imagine with that large of a number in your sample size and in the population that the correct answer would be c - the variability of a 3% sample size for a 25k and a 40k population would be about the same.
Reply:where is the question?

what you said are facts and conclusions ???? where is the question what are you tryin to get or reach?
