HSBC internet banking log on.Prossibly hit by spyware.?

It's normal to see a page requesting user to type in his date of birth and 3 random digits of security code. But on my computer,it goes to a page requesting me to type in my whole security number without hidding the number. The page is

" saying You are logging on as

Notice: Undefined variable: internetBankingID in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\fk\UK\hsbc.p... on line 60

. , close this window and retype your internet banking user ID"

There's a security number box below the above sentence. If i press continue with or without typing anything in the box,it'll come to the normal page(DOB and 3 digits page.).Yesterday I was blocked by HSBC saying i got a card fruad.I went to the bank directly and CS said it's the problem of my own computer.Possibly some spyware.I checked my computer with spybot and adware today and after fixing the spyware inside my computer, the problem still exists.I dont got the same problem in other computer, what should I do?thx a lot
